McAWilliams: Tara Land Rover

Went to the Hill of Tara today, and it was damn cold from the snow the night before, but this land rover really caught my eye all pimped out in some very weird fashion.
More from the Hill of Tara over the next few days.

I was at the Galway Greyhound track last night. It's very hard to get a good shot of the dogs (they're so quick and no flash allowed) so instead I made a collage, which disguises some slightly out of focus shots...

Took this pretty early in the morning. It’s the view from one of the mountains back down onto the town of Castletownbere in West Cork. It was freezing cold with a bit of a mist and a light dusting of snow on the mountain to the left.
The only credit I can take for this is pressing the shutter. I was trying out the Canon 50mm 1.4 lens and Vlastimil came up with the idea of holding his glasses in front of his eye. It was late and we had had a good few pints at that stage!! No photoshoppery involved apart from a bit of cross-processing.
