The Almond Croissant Diaries: On the road again
004/365 One of my aims when I started this 365 Project was to take more photographs of myself. I really am terrible for having my photo taken, I hate it, thats why I’m always on the other side of the camera! So here’s the first of the year - I know it’s a bit of a cheat but give me time!
I’m off to Durham tomorrow for a conference so today has been spent preparing and packing. I’m not sure whether I will have any net access while I’m away but the camera is coming with me. Durham Cathedral in the snow is an opportunity not to be missed!
Will Knott: Frosted Moss
To be honest, I’m not sure of this is moss or flowering lichen. Either way, it looks nice all frost bound.
The build up effect is normally due to the cold air being blown past something as it freezes. It does look cool (no pun intended).

Wishing... 03. Jan 2010 Wishing everybody a blessed and blissful year. About the image: yesterday the moon was surrounded by a rainbow aurora - magical. The historical building is the Old Oratory Gallery in Cahirciveen. Some infos you can find at my recent post here
