003/365 The Christmas tree came down today along with all of the decorations, the house looks rather empty now!


Everywhere else has had a lot of snow recently and with much more due over the next few days and here in Northern Ireland (around Belfast at least), there’s been hardly any snow, certainly since the ’snow day’ on 20th Dec. With a lot more snow due in England and the South of Ireland, all I ask is for just a little more here so I can take some pretty photos.
Please.
Yes, I love puns. Even bad puns. Something based on “Frozen in Thyme” would have been better, but you can’t have everything.
Of course, part of me is wondering if the flavour will be effected when it thaws out.
And thus ends my catching up. For now anyway.

The phrase “start as you mean to go on” should be ignored here. The plan for a project365 type photoblog is to post (at least) once a day. Well I’ve slipped up.
So here is an icy path.
I’m not too sure if those bumps are just meant to help the visually impaired. Because for some reason, these flagstones seem to hold moisture long enough to become a walking hazard.
So its 2010 and as usual people think about resolutions.
Some people are resolving to loose weight and report on how they are doing (Hi Pat). Me, well as much as I’d like to do that, my preferred method involves a bike, and while I’ve gotten some great photos on bike rides, the routes are more for training than for getting posts.
Instead I’ve looked at the 365 photo projects, and I’m going to try for it.
