Longford Road in Melksham is renowned for putting on a good show at Christmas…and we happened to stumble across it on the way home today!
It all started with Alex Goodhind 15 years ago, but many of the houses along the rest of the street are following suit. More photos can be found here.
One of Cork’s finest Fred played a packed show in the Opera House in Cork at the end of November. I’ve seen them quite a few times over the years, most recently at the Indiependence festival but you can never tire of their live performances. Fred are making a return to the stage over the coming weeks so check them out.

A construction platform of some type sits in the River Lee, Cork in this photo shot in April 2008. I’m sure I have a photo of it up by Sullivan’s Quay too.
