Exclusive Guesthouse Accommodation in South West Kerry, Ireland

This is our recent website project www.ballinskelligsinn.com . I took all landscape images and interior photos, including the VR 360° Tour. The website includes a interactive map about "places to go" as well. Enjoy!

The Ballinskelligs Inn is a family owned guesthouse which has been hosting holidaymakers for more than 100 years. Overlooking the beautiful Ballinskelligs Bay with McGillicuddy Reeks in the distance, it is the perfect holiday location offering comfortable accommodation, a quality restaurant and a real ‘local’ pub — all just steps away from one of Ireland’s premier Blue Flag beaches.
There is a huge range of activities all within easy reach of the Inn, including golf, horseriding, water sports, diving, cycling, hiking and boat trips to the World Heritage Site Skellig Michael. The area is rich in pre-historic and early Christian ruins and is perfect for long walks. Of course you could just have a beach day, a swim followed by lunch on our front law.

Hot off the Memory Card: Misty Lane

§ July 2nd, 2009

Although I was strictly speaking too sick, I just had to venture down the down the road with the camera. The shots were ok but the major achievement was discovering a fox's run, with fresh droppings. I know where I'll be spending some time.

Waterford Glass

It’s funny the things that catch your eye. On a corner on Patrick’s Street there are these 3 signs: “Seiko”, “Waterford Glass” and “HMV”.

The warm weather recently has been great for the flowers in our garden, but also brings the pests out to play, like these aphids.
