Glasseyalley: Hook
Hook Head, sunshine. First trip there and last of the sunshine. Almost. I wanted to go to Hook Head for years but never quite made it. As with many things, the wait made the experience of finally getting there all the better. Will definitely be back there. Ahh Hook Head, I've got you under my skin.

Lots of people relaxing by the pond in Fitzgerald’s Park during the Lord Mayor’s Picnic a few weeks back. We were busily walking past with a slightly tired baby. Don’t do much relaxing these days..

Scenes of Ireland (and more): In the Garden: Variagated Ivy
Ivy covers our entire back wall and is threatening to climb the back of the house. not the dark green ivy I remember as a child but the variagated ivy climber, with cream hearts and shiny waxy green on the outer part of the leaf; on red vine. I love the colours even though the Mr. is planning ivyocide on the plant if it continues to creep any further.
Iced Coffee: emergency
The emergency exit the back of the Shuttle bus from Clarendon Dock to the Odyssey at the maritime festival in Belfast at the weekend.

Eve playing hide and seek at my parent’s house a couple of evenings ago. It’s her favourite game right now, much to the distress of her Daddy when she decided to have an impromptu game in the giant Harvey Norman store in Carrickmines over the weekend. Staff were called in, store cameras were used…she’s very, very good at this new game. Thankfully she was found before too long and Matt has just about recovered from the fright. Kids…they’ll put grey hairs on ya!
